How do I book a studio?

Choose a room or package in the catalog, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can specify dates, start time, and whether you need an engineer during confirmation.

What gear is included?

Every room includes XLR cabling, pop filters, stands, and monitoring. Microphones and interfaces vary by studio; see each item’s description for exact models and counts.

Can I add an engineer?

Yes. Add “Engineer On-Site” or “Engineer Remote” from the catalog. They handle patching, gain staging, and live troubleshooting so you can focus on content.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time to receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, we offer a 50% credit for rescheduling. No-shows are billed in full.

Do you offer remote recording kits?

Yes. Portable kits mirror our in-studio chain. They include a dynamic mic, interface, headphones, and a quick-start card. Pick up on-site or schedule courier delivery.

How is my content secured?

Session drives are encrypted at rest and wiped on a schedule. You can opt into on-the-spot export to your device and receive a checksum for verification.

Is the space accessible?

Studios are wheelchair accessible with adjustable desks and clear cable routing. Let us know any accommodations you need when booking.

What’s the turnaround for edited episodes?

If you add post-production from the catalog, first-cut turnaround is typically 48–72 hours depending on length and revisions.

How does billing work?

Studios are billed hourly; services like editing are flat per session or per hour as listed. A deposit may be required for peak hours.
