1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms govern access to and use of TrackDock StudioWorks studio rentals and related services provided at or through our website (trackdock.click). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings and changes

Bookings are confirmed when payment is authorized. You may request changes subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the start time may incur fees.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Within 24 hours, a 50% credit is available for rescheduling; no-shows are billed in full.

5. Payments and taxes

You authorize charges to the method on file for hourly rates, flat services, and applicable taxes. Pricing is listed in the catalog and may change for future bookings.

6. Studio rules

• No smoking or open flames.
• Respect noise isolation; doors must remain closed during recording.
• Food and drinks must be kept away from consoles and interfaces.
• All guests must be checked in at the front desk.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to infringe IP rights, harass others, or otherwise violate law. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackDock StudioWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the booking at issue.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. If changes are material, we will notify you through the website or email.
